I’ve owned the sidewinder X8 for about 1.5 years now. Although I really enjoy using the mouse, I’ve had to replace it twice (so far). The transceiver seems to break-down every 5-6 months. Microsoft has been really good about sending me replacements. The mouse comes with a 3 year warranty. Even though I’m on my third, I’d still recommend this mouse! Having all the extra programmable buttons is really neat.

Great website you have here but i seem to be having a problem downloading your RSS feed. Everytime i click it it comes up with error 824. It might be my own PC. I have Windows xp with AVG AntiVirus. Im not sure if its Disabled. Let me know if anyone else has mentioned any faults or its just me. Im not too good with netbooks. I cant see my post after submitting so im not sure if you will see this. Ill bookmark your site and check by in a couple of days for an answer. Please let me know if you know of a solution
